{How Exercise Helped Me Be More Productive}



I really feel like a teenage boy. I have been so hungry since I started Crossfit.

  These are some of my favorite clips to quote. But in all honesty I have been shocked at how much consistent daily exercise has changed my mood and helped me to be more productive. I use to wake up later and feel lazy during the day. I worked to get things done but I didn't feel super motivated or energetic. I started doing crossfit with my friends at 5am. I know 5am...call me crazy. "Girl you crazy!" But I feel amazing! Since I have begun and stuck with it consistently I have more energy throughout the day and I feel motivated to get things done. I am much more productive and overall excited about life. If you have been feeling depressed, sick, lazy, or even unmotivated, then get up and get moving. I don't care what you choose to do (although I am a huge fan of crossfit and zumba) as long as you are consistent you will feel better. Endorphin's make you happy!!
